The Hawu! Science Outreach project won the outreach start-up award ‘Starke Ideen am Start’ by the German National Academic Foundation. The project was initiated by students from the Quantum Research Group as an outreach initiative of UKZN’s School of Chemistry & Physics and comes into action in 2016. The price giving will take place in Berlin on June 6th 2016 in the ‘Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences’.
